We may soon enter a dangerous and militarized period of great power competition and the PLA will continue to be a crucial factor.

Earlier this year in May, a series of anonymous phishing emails discovered within China’s NorthWest Polytechnical university (NWPU) communication system triggered an all-out investigation against NSA-led cyber operations inside China.
