The day-to-day operations of the Onero Institute are carried out in different teams.

Here is a chart of the organization (slightly outdated, but generally accurate).

The major differences for Fall 2024 are as follows:

  • Virtual Engagement is now Communications, a team that encompasses the previous duties of VE, and also takes a greater role in the external promotion of the Organization and its public-facing platforms (including social media, website, etc…)

  • There is a new director of Multimedia Research and Content (Tyler Alexander)

  • The content pipeline (which is basically our way of describing the collective stream of publication from all parts of the organization) is undergoing major changes

    • The China Program is rebranding to the Onero Institute Indo-Pacific Program, which will include regional focus on East Asia, Central & South Asia, and Southeast Asia.
