Members of the Onero Institute are expected to conduct themselves in ways that adhere to our organization’s values. Failure to comply with these values may result in punishment or removal from the organization. If you have any questions, please reach out to Human Resources.

When it comes to your actions, communications, and conduct, treat everyone with respect at all times.

Honesty and Transparency

As part of your responsibilities to the Onero Institute, and as an individual member, you are expected to be forthright and honest in your actions, communications, and conduct.

Professionalism

The Onero Institute expects members to act in a professional manner when performing duties as part of their responsibilities as a member, and while representing the organization in any capacity.

Privacy

Discretion and privacy are very important when it comes to Onero Institute affairs. Out of respect for your fellow members, we ask that everyone refrain from sharing information that is not theirs to share. Internal information regarding the Onero Institute and its operations should be kept within the organization and should only be shared with those outside on a need-to-know basis.

Accountability and Responsibility

The Onero Institute is an organization that empowers its members with professional experiences and opportunities for leadership. With this privilege also comes responsibility for actions taken by members. Make sure the decisions you make are ones you stand by and represent the organization well. Be accountable to your fellow members and look out for them. Remember that you are responsible for your actions.

At the Onero Institute, we do not expect perfection from day one. We understand that everyone comes from different backgrounds and has their own strengths and weaknesses.
