Taiwan National Day
Every October 10th, Taiwan celebrates Taiwan National Day, commemorating the anniversary of the Wuchang Uprising in China that brought an end to Qing rule. This uprising led to the establishment of the Republic of China (ROC), whose government would eventually come to govern the island of Taiwan. During the festivities, millions of people participate in celebrations that include music, food, and fireworks.

US-China Cybersecurity Breach at NWPU
Earlier this year in May, a series of anonymous phishing emails discovered within China’s NorthWest Polytechnical university (NWPU) communication system triggered an all-out investigation against NSA-led cyber operations inside China.
