The Onero Institute's Latin America and the Caribbean Program (LACP) was established to provide a forum for youth to explore and interact with Latin American public policy. LACP seeks to promote involvement in global affairs through regular publication of student research and hosting events featuring leaders in Latin American and Caribbean affairs. By nurturing interest in foreign policy, LACP aims to bring future leaders into the discussion on pressing issues in the Americas.
